Seams are made continuous or from separate nodes.	Tissue regeneration occurs relatively quickly. The pain syndrome manifests itself with less force than in the previous case.
3.	Submucosal hemorrhoidectomy according to Parks	Hemorrhoid nodes are removed without damaging the rectal mucosa. The operation is performed in the submucosal layer. It is often accompanied by increased tissue bleeding. It differs in technical complexity, so it is rarely performed.	Post-operative pains do not bother much. There are no risks of urinary disorders.
4.	Stapler hemorrhoidopexy according to Longo	It is carried out by circular resection of the mucous and submucosal sphere of the lower ampullary part of the rectum. The inner plexuses intersect, and the outer ones are pulled up. Mechanical seams that prevent further loss of knots are applied using a special device. The operation leads to a significant decrease in blood supply to external nodes, their gradual reduction and covering by connective tissue.	The disease of the operated areas is not manifested strongly. Rehabilitation is faster than in other cases.

The THD operation, transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization, deserves special attention. This is the least traumatic method of removing hemorrhoids. The intervention is carried out in the rectal area. Practically does not cause blood loss, pain, or discomfort. Symptoms disappear immediately upon completion of the procedure.
